Client Reviews

Thank you for diligently problem solving my roof leak issues. I can’t tell you how much my spirits are lifted going into the rainy season with the confidence of knowing the lingering problem is finally fixed! Your commitment to thoroughness and good customer service is truly a breath of fresh air. Mahalo Nui Loa.

Chris & Craig were very helpful & patient answering my questions + concerns. The receptionist was very sweet. The roofers were polite, quiet and respectful. I am very pleased.

During the past several months, Hughlyn provided outstanding customer service. There were numerous delays such as obtaining association approval and weather permitting issues. She was very understanding, took immediate actions upon my request, and kept me fully informed. She deserves special recognition. The on-site work crew was also very courteous prompt in their action and highly professional. They deserve a “Job Well Done” Thank you.

You are the only company I would consider using. Our neighbors have all (4 other homes) used other companies with leaks and damage after only one year. We have been with Wilkinson since we bought our home in 1994.

It was a pleasure working with everyone at Wilkinson. You are the only business I’ve worked with that has called me to follow up on the work that was being done. I really appreciate it!

Hughlyn was especially helpful. The roof looks great!

Great Job – All is well planning and “AWESOME” communication w/Hughlyn, Craig and others!

Every phase of progress from start to finish was excellent! Customer service, workmanship, attention to detail, exceptional. All employees were friendly and mindful of property and plants. Craig was extremely helpful and always available. Same with Chris & Hughlyn. Thank you all!

Very positive experience. Craig and his crew did excellent work in a timely manner, were very polite and professional and cleaned up after each days of work. We are satisfied.

Chris did a great job on the estimate & quote. Very professional, no pressure! Craig is great – Also very professional. He and his crew more than met our expectations!

To Craig, Chris and the team at Wilkinson Shake Roofing thank you for the excellent workmanship on the new shake roof. This is my first re-roofing experience and the results exceeded my expectation. Feel free to contact me if you ever need a reference.

Our neighbor asked your men for advice on his roof and was very impressed with the assistance he received. He may very well be a future client for you. Of course we have you a raving review. Great service.

We appreciate your integrity with an honest estimate is professional advice. You were kind enough to go beyond a normal service by patching my roof and supplying me with glue & tile for my shed. You really work unto the Lord when you serve others with a true heart. Mahalo – we are ever so grateful.

My sons, one is a carpenter, one is a contractor, both said the work was excellent. The crew efficient and well trained and that the price was appropriate. We agree altogether we are less knowledgeable about construction than they are.

I was very impressed with the speed efficiency and the great cleanup. My new roof looks terrific! Your job is the talk of the neighborhood.

We sincerely thank you for a “quality professional job”! Your crew and workmanship was outstanding, everything in place, and done completely in a timely manner. Our son was impressed, he was a former deputy inspector general at CINPAC Fleet Pearl Harbor. We are more than pleased to have everything under Wilkinson Shake Roofing for our lifetime. Please convey a sincere thank you for such a neat and cleanup before and afterwards on the job site. I can assure you, this is not done in all places. Your men are the greatest in all matters. Many thanks for a job well done!

As always your men are wonderful – excellent workers. Great cheerful and courteous, courteous almost lost art. Keep up this good work.

Upon the completion of the roofing job on our home, we are very pleased with the results. The workers worked diligently and cleaned up the debris everyday before they left for the evening. We are impressed with the workers work ethics art framing. We are glad that we chose your company to do this job!

My wife & I are well pleased with the work your company did for us – the ladies in your office, Chris Yonkers & Craig Britton and his work crew. They were polite and competent. The work was done right on schedule and strictly first class. The materials were of extremely high quality – the very best! The work crew cleaned things up just fine. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvements. I shall tell everybody your company is absolutely is the best!

Our neighbor asked your men for advice on his roof and was very impressed with the assistance he received. He may very well be a future client for you. Of course we have you a raving review. Great service.

You guys saved me from more water damage by doing a temporary fix before the next rain storm arrived. The other roofers I was calling didn’t seem to care that I was about to have a serious water damage problem. Your fast work and willingness to help really made a difference. Thanks!

We really appreciate the fact that you bring honor to God by doing quality job at a fair price. Thank you also, for fitting us when another job cancelled.

Craig and his crew were very professional, arrived early, worked hard and stayed late to get the job done before the rains came.

Your crew led by Craig were very hard workers, polite and obviously cared about doing a good job safely.

I have only the highest praises for the crew headed by Craig, who did the re-roofing on my home. The guys were courteous and helpful. They cleaned up my yard each afternoon before leaving.

Courteous, hard-working crew did a beautiful job. Now this is what a shake roof is supposed to look like!

Your workers are the best I’ve ever dealt with. They are courteous and very professional. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.

Outstanding customer service, helpful, responsive and workmanship. Every member of the crew were very respectful to your client and the neighbors. Clean up was done extremely professionally, which included clean up trash that was blown into the neighbors yard. I am extremely satisfied.

I was told by reputable realtors that you guys were that only game in town. (In short, only reputable one). You guys always do a “Great” job. Much Mahalo!

Chris, Craig and the team were outstanding. You guys rock. I’m very happy 😊

Well as it is said – you get what you paid for. We have been with you Wilkinson’s since we bought the house 17 years ago. All our other neighbors went the “cheap” route – all with roof leaks and a few with severe interior damage. How cheap is that!!! We would NOT consider any other roofing companies.

Craig Britton and the Wilkinson crew did a beautiful job on the cedar shingle roof. The job was done well, the roof was completed on schedule and the crew was very professional. I appreciate that Craig and Chris were accommodating to have one of our requests (copper trim/valley) and am very satisfied w/the finished roofs. I will strongly recommend your services!
